3. Payment and Fees
Fees for services are outlined in individual proposals or contracts. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to starting any project. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tarkib retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property and tools used in delivering services. Clients receive rights to the final deliverables upon full payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarkib is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project or agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination will remain payable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UK.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the effective date.
